Reimbursement Options
I provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement through your extended health benefits provider. Many employee extended health benefit programs will cover some, if not all, of the cost of counselling services from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC. A quick check in with your benefits provider will tell you whether the services of an RCC are covered by your plan.
If you are a student, most public universities in BC include an amount of extended health coverage for services received by a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
I send out receipts the same day as your payment is processed for quick access to reimbursement claims.

Insurers
While you’ll still need to confirm the specifics of your plan with your insurance provider, these providers typically offer coverage for services with an RCC:
Manulife
Great West Life
Pacific Blue Cross
Sunlife
Greenshield
Equitable Life
Telus eClaims
WorkSafe BC
3rd Party Coverage
Carly is a registered service provider with ICBC. If you have an active ICBC claim with an approved treatment, you are eligible to receive services from an RCC, covered by ICBC. ICBC pays counsellors directly within the session limits set out in your ICBC treatment agreement. If you would like more information on this process or how to get set up for ICBC covered sessions, I am happy to assist with this process. Please note if you do not yet have an active/approved treatment plan at the time you start counselling, session payment would occur outside of ICBC direct billing until you have an approved treatment plan - these can be retroactively applied for reimbursement from ICBC.
Please mention you are looking to receive services as part of an ICBC claim in your inquiry message/email, and/or during your consultation!
